    I have done what I think is correct to eliminate the slider category from my blog posts page -

    went to Genesis Theme setting page and excluded the post category -

    but still not working. Can anyone think of anything else I missed?

    the site is in coming soon mode..hope you can see it; if not I will turn it on. thank you
