Can the Genesis Slider be used just to showcase photos without linking to posts/pages?

Easing Slider allows you to do this.

Soliloquy works well and there's the Genesis Responsive slider also.

Can the Genesis Responsive slider be used with pic's in media library rather than pages or posts? Would this be an out of the box change, or need a code change?

I see the link you supplied is for paid support. Are there tutorials for Atmosphere child theme?

No, the GRS only pulls the featured image.

I would use Soliloquy which offers both free and premium versions and enables the use of images from the Media Library rather than featured images attached to single posts.

There are tutorials for every StudioPress Pro child theme.

    Anything you wanted specifically?

I am new to WordPress and not too keen on learning css or php.
    Would you recommend Beaver Builder?

The site I am trying to build was originally done in FrontPage. http://www.capitalblokartclub.org.nz

I want to include: Club sign-up forms for membership and events, full width pages, full width slider, pic gallery, race results, news/posts page, latest news/posts on front page, background image, sponsor logos, venue pages, weather links.

Is this something your tutorials can help with?

    Some will yes.

Membership gives you access to and support for all existing tutorials and code.

All questions are welcome however only support for existing content is gauranteed.

It sounds like membership may be worthwhile anyway.
Do you have a list of Atmosphere tutorials in the membership content?

Nothing for that theme but happy to write on. Where did you want to add the slider?

Did you have comment on Beaver builder?

I wanted slider in front page at full width. Is there advantage using static front page or dynamic? Does dynamic front page do full width?

Never used Beaver Builder because i prefer to use code from different themes in the Pro Plus package for adding custom functionality and features.

    Here's the tutorial http://wpsites.net/wordpress-themes/add-slider-to-front-page-of-atmosphere-pro/

Can the Genesis Slider be used just to showcase photos without linking to posts/pages?

Did anyone have an answer to this? The Genesis Slider settings have a box to check that says "Do not link Slider image to Post/Page"

I checked that box but the slider is still linking to the post page. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Hi

It pulls the featured image which you can unlink otherwise try Soliloquy Lite if you want to add other images.

Any questions relating to the plugin functionality should be asked on the plugin support page.
