Genesis Simple FAQ's

I have this plugin installed on our company website. It's picking up the colors of the theme and using them in the background of the FAQ's. Where would I go to change the color of the hyperlink? Right now, it's black, but when you hover/click on it, it turns to blue and you can't read it on the blue background.

current color -

div.gs-faq .gs-faq__question:hover, div.gs-faq .gs-faq__question:focus {
  color: #009cff;
}

Change to whatever color you want for hover -

div.gs-faq .gs-faq__question:hover, div.gs-faq .gs-faq__question:focus {
  color: #ffffff;
}
