The function genesis_search_form does not clear the data entered by a user.  How do I reset the form to its default state after it is submitted?

There is a general question and not related to any theme or site so no URL is included.    I'm using the default genesis  search form and the behavior is the same whether it is in the nav right or a widget in a sidebar.

Hi: I'm working through older, unresolved posts on the forum. As it has been 3 months since you submitted this question, I am hoping your issue has been resolved. Can you please check back in and let me know if that is not the case. Have you submitted a support ticket?
