Hello to all my fellow Geneisians!

I am working with the genesis sample theme and I have added a third menu just under the primary navigation area.

I would like the hamburger (or mobile) menu to call this new menu instead of the primary menu.

where and how would I change this?

    Please and THANK YOU!

Most of the work is done in the child theme's js/responsive.js file. That code is keyed off the main menu. You would have to modify it to key off of the tertiary menu.

You also have to change the CSS in the media query that displays the hamburger menu. This is also confined to the primary menu. You'll have to adjust the CSS to include your tertiary menu.

Thank you so much Victor! I ended up in the wee hours of the morning just swapping out the menus. It was a pain in the keester but not as bad as modifying the js and css. LOL

I really appreciate you taking the time to explain that to me though. I have tucked it away for when I need it next time. I love learning new things so this gives me something to play with (aka break) when I have some down time. 🙂

THANK YOU AGAIN! You are the BEST!
