This may not the be correct forum - so if you could please refer me to a better avenue then that would be much appreciated.

The group of people I'm working with have been quite successful at generating traffic and growth with our news media website: http://news.vrindavantoday.org/ Just last month we had 28,000 visitors averaging 874 a day, and this month we're averaging 929 visits a day.

One of the pain points we feel is not having enough members to do all the work. The site and its ability to grow is bottlenecking because of man power. We know what stories need to be covered and other content that can be created, but finding qualified writers and dedicated members is holding us back.

It also seems that we need to figure out finance strategy too. Currently there is no monetization.

I'm sure that others have gone through a similar experience, and that we're at a development phase that is not unusual. Are there any resources, books, articles, forums or contacts that we could use to map out the next steps?
