    This might be a rather basic question but I have foodie pro theme with genesis all set on my WordPress site. However when I go into the edit function in wp I can’t see the theme so it’s hard to end it the actual words/ content on site? Am I missing a trick or step to be able to use wp editor?

    What are you trying to edit, posts, pages, widgets or something else? The theme shouldn't have any impact on your ability to edit WordPress content.

    Foodie Pro is a third party theme by Feast Design Co. You should reach out to their support team about that. Third party themes have been excluded from the StudioPress forums.
