Hello, I've just been prompted to upgrade my Genesis theme with I did and now I am having problems. with the enews extended.

If you look at this post http://skintdad.co.uk/2014/06/cheap-birthday-party/ and scroll down just before the comments, you can see there are now two subscribe boxes. Any ideas on how I can fix this?
