i have a startup plan with wpengine. This includes the genesis framework and child themes.

I'm using the 'infinty pro' child theme but would like to customise it. Then i learned about design palette pro, but i cannot find it in the genesis plugin (wordpress). Is this something i have to purchase, to use?
if not, how do i add it to my wordpress dashboard?
