I've attempted to update to Genesis 3.0.1. It breaks my site.

I have spent some time trying to get it to work etc, but this update has not been easy, or even successful at this point. It might be time for me just to move to another framework and theme.

    Bummer.

What theme are you currently working with and how in what way is it breaking?

I am using the Ellen Mae theme from https://9seeds.com/product/ellen-mae/

When I upgrade the error message on screen is:

"Website is having technical difficulties" or something to that effect.

Have you tried 9seeds support/forum? Looks like this is a known issue:

Might be best to contact 9seeds, and let us know what was causing the errors.
