    If you're noticing after the Genesis 2.2.4 update that you can no longer set the layout on a page by page basis and instead are having all your pages' layout overridden by the default page layout settings in Genesis, then the following may solve your problem. It worked for me.

    Advice from StudioPress’s Facebook page…

    If you’re having the layout issue with 2.2.4, change the following line in lib/functions/layout.php (line 343) to this:

    $post_id = is_home() ? get_option( ‘page_for_posts’ ) : null;

    You can solve this problem via your functions file using conditional layouts.

    Hello, I cannot find this template in the editor to change it?

    I have multiple sites running on genesis and now they are all messed up with this layout issue - does anyone know if there is going to be a fix?

    Many thanks, Alison

    Is this the official solution? I have to go through all my sites and edit the code?

    I think you'll find a new version available today sometime so you'll only need to click update once its released.
