    1. How can I change the link color for my post categories in a sidebar widget?
    Only the link color, not hover..

    2. I think I deleted code for displaying "Read more..." after the post excerpt,
    and now there are only 3 dots in a sqare bracket shown " [...] ", without linking to anywhere.

    How to get the "Read more" link back ?

    Link to your site please. Inspect the link and change the color in your browser to test first, the copy the CSS rule to your style sheet.
