When using a boxed layout (class="site-inner"), I'm trying to figure out how to break out a row so that it spans the width of the screen.

    See the link here: https://xd.adobe.com/spec/166d493a-47b0-4ba5-43cd-eca8ba83931b-605c/

Any ideas how to do this?

You didn't mention what child theme you're using. It makes a difference because in most theme's site-inner does stretch to 100% width and the narrower portion is content. Please post a link to the site so we can see the CSS and advise you accordingly.

Custom theme, using the default sample child/starter theme as a default.

Link to the site is: https://prod.jamaicacottageshop.com/shop/saltbox

I'm hoping to be able to stretch the green "specifications area" background color to full width.
