Hi! I added footer widgets to my avalanche-master version of the Metro theme using this code on Brian Gardner's blog: http://www.briangardner.com/code/add-footer-widgets/, but I can't figure out how to get the footer widgets into the black band in the #footer div. Right now it is above the dark area, and i want it inside the dark area like most other websites. My site is currently: http://valuemarketing.me/

I feel pretty comfortable with CSS & HTML, but I'm a complete novice with PHP.

    Any help is appreciated!

    Hi there,
Your demo site doesn't look like it's running Metro, so I I can't say for sure... but most likely you just need to move the footer widgets.

    Try following this tutorial: http://www.carriedils.com/customize-genesis-move-header/

If that's not what you needed, re-post your demo URL with Metro running and your footer widgets fleshed out and I'll see if I can help.

    Cheers,
    Carrie
