    Hello all,

    I am working on video responsiveness on the Genesis Sample theme. I have utilized fluidvids approach and BradDalton's tutorial for implementing it without using the plugin.

    This solution works amazingly, and was very simple to implement. However I no clue how to get rid of the youtube features. generally when using an iframe its as simple as the below method:

    <iframe width="[WIDTH]" height="[HEIGHT]"
            src="//www.youtube.com/embed/[VIDEO ID]?autohide=1&showinfo=0&rel=0"
            frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

    autohide=1    AutoHide the lower bar
    showinfo=0    Hide the top bar
    rel=0 Prevent showing related videos at the end

    Is there a way to put videos on a page without the extra features on the youtube player without the iframe? Brad's guide states I should be able to just insert the video url on the page or post for fluidvids to affect it but the simple url doesn't allow me to control feature displays on the player. What am I missing?

    Thanks for the direction!

    Here is a link demonstrating the issue I am having.

    Left video is straight url of video

    right video is with iframe embed stripped down.

    A second issue would be the black bars at the top and bottom. Not sure how to get rid of those 🙁
