Can you please help me fix the difference in featured image size for my albums on this url https://doaga.net/portfolio-type/portfolio/?

Why is the featured image size for "Portret" album smaller than the images for the other two albums.

I changed the images but the size of the featured image remained the same.

It's because the minimum image size for the 'portfolio' size image in this theme is 600px width and 800px height.

The image on the right that you have put in only has a height of 698px.
