    I have a couple of placeholder pages on my site used to maintain menu hierarchy. I'd like to remove the links to those pages in the Genesis breadcrumbs. Is there a filter for this?

    You'll find several filters in genesis > lib > classes > class-genesis-breadcrumb.php
