    Hi
    Just putting something together with Authority Pro and need some advice? I'd like to make block background/s full width, see this example: https://nickgarnett.com/test-page/, for example, the top section with subscribe block, has a background that I want to extend across the whole page. Is this the container size? if so, how do I alter that for specific sections?
    Thanks
    Nick Garnett

    It looks like you were able to resolve that issue on your own. Each of those areas have their own settings.

    Hi Anita
    I can't see anything that adjusts the width of the container wrapper except column inner max width, which does this "Adjusts the width of the content inside the container wrapper".
    Thanks

    Most of the blocks you use have settings for the widths. You'd have to click on those elements to see where they are. That's the unique thing about blocks - they have their own settings.

    Hi Anita
    I understand this, but blocks sit inside the container wrapper, which limits their width. Check the link and you'll see what I mean. I can't see any control that enables me to impact on the width of the container wrapper.

    That's not happening for me in Firefox or Chrome - see image - https://pasteboard.co/IJIWtrm.png.

    That's happening for you because of your monitor size. What size are you using?

    Hi Anita
    Your screen clip looks perfect, so how can I make it wide enough for people, like me, viewing on larger screens? I've set it to the maximum column width allowed within the container wrapper.
    Thanks
    Nick

    @nickgarnett I posted this in the Genesis Slack and Robin and Jay were able to help you. Jay stated he had opened a ticket on that behavior a while ago and looks like he's updated it to include my Slack post about your post. Robin's recommendation is to place this in the Additional CSS box.

    .ab-block-container .ab-container-content {
        max-width: unset !important;
    }

    Let me know how that works for you!
