The breadcrumbs in Executive Pro are not showing even though they are set to display in Genesis > Theme Settings > Breadcrumbs. Anyone know why?

Yoast's latest update broke Genesis breadcrumbs. They're aware of it, but I don't know if they're going to fix it or when. You can use Yoast's breadcrumbs via SEO > Internal Links > Breadcrumbs.

There's some discussion in the comments here:

Rick Duncan has a tutorial, but I've not yet tried it out:

Whether Yoast's 1.5 major update is good or bad, a lot of WP sites and Genesis sites are now broken.

Thanks Tom, it looks like you are right. I tried the tutorial and I can confirm it does work.

Be aware that the bottom image where he shows the tweaks to your taxonomy may be different on your website. It still works as long as you pick 'Format' as the top selection.

I tried this fix on 2 different websites and both worked.
