    I am running Executive theme and the top thin line border is missing on pull-downs off the primary menu and even the top line of a secondary sub-menu

    click services/learning from main menu

    Hi Mike,

    It is set like that in the stylesheet. Delete border-top: none from the styles below and the top border will appear.
