So I am working on this site - freebies2deals.com. She needs the disclosure to show up before full posts, but she doesn't want it on the snippets. Is there a way to exclude the disclosure from the truncated posts on the blog page, and just have it show up on the blog pages?

You can't. You need to use code instead of the plugin. http://my.studiopress.com/snippets/

Another option is to hide it using CSS.
