Hi there! I saw on one of the websites that it is possible to replace the default Call to Action buttons in the Hero Section of the Essence Pro Theme with an Email Capture Form:

I would like to do the same on my new website, but I can't seem to find an option to replace CTA's with that Email Capture Widget:

Thank you very much in advance.

You can modify the code in the page-templates > blocks.php file for the essence_intro_description() function and add your form code in there.

What type of form are you using?

Also note, you can use the newsletter block if using the Genesis Blocks plugin.

Hi Brad! Yes, I am using Genesis Pro with WP Engine subscription. I am thinking of using MailChimp to capture the emails of the website visitors. I wrote an email to the person who did a tutorial where he added that capture form right at the top of the page in the Hero section, and he said that it was possible to do it in the older version of the Essence Pro theme and that in the new version you can only add a CTA button which when clicked will automatically scroll down the page to the Email Subscription Form.

You can add the form in the hero section of the new version replacing the buttons however it requires some custom coding.

Yeah, probably. Anyways, will keep it this way for now and maybe in the future change it. Thanks a lot for the info anyways.
