I've made two posts sticky: "This ain't my first rodeo," and "Picking up our new Leisure Travel Unity RV."
On the blog page they stay sticky at the top. But on home page the two sticky posts do not stay at top.
Also the search feature on homepage does not function.
I've looked through all features, options, and functions.php, but I don't see anything pertaining to the sticky post or search function.

    I have not edited functions.php.

    Thank you in advance!

The first two are using Genesis Blocks. Check that block to see if you have "Exclude Sticky Posts" active.

Thank you, but I'm not sure what your instructions are saying. I checked the block and every possible way of seeing the block structure and attributes in the document tab, the blocks tab, etc. but did not see anything where there is an option to "Exclude Sticky Posts" Can you tell me a bit more about where to find it?
    Much Thanks!

Looks like the Exclude Sticky Posts was removed. You should post your issue on the plugin support page - https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/genesis-blocks/.

I was able to achieve what I wanted by creating a category: sticky and applying it to the two posts.
