Error 500 when install child theme "Kreativ Pro"

Hi,
Every time I try to install child theme "Kreativ Pro" I get 500 Error and can't access the WP Dashboard, I have to remove that child theme to access WP Dashboard.

My site working well with other child theme. Only Kreativ Pro has the problem.

Could you please check the theme again if it works from your side?

Kreativ Pro is not a Studio Press product. It is a community marketplace theme. Community market place theme developers support their themes directly. As the creators, they will be most familiar with the theme and be able to provide you with the best support. For the fastest answer, please contact the ThemeSquare support team.

With that being said, Error 500 messages are the most difficult of all to diagnose because there are literally hundreds of possible causes, including an outdated PHP version.

@vfontjr Thanks for the link, I have submitted the ticket

@andrea-rennick I am using latest WP and Genesis version, php 7.6.x

I found the problem, it conflict with plugin famethemes-demo-importer
I disable all plugins and then I can install and active the child theme, after that, I active plugin one by one and found this unuse plugin make conflict with Kreativ Pro.
