    Hi,

I've seen threads here discussing how to use the Enews extended plugin and how to have it work without the double opt-in requirement from MailChimp, but no one has yet to describe how to do it.

Can the Mailchimp double opt-in requirement be disabled and can you explain how to do this?

    Thank you!

    Hi,

since this is a Mailchimp feature, you will have to sort it out with Mailchimp.
    From a previous thread http://www.studiopress.community/topic/genesis-enews-extended-signup-form/#post-159453
    Mailchimp support suggested this

If you would prefer not to use Double Opt-In then I would suggest that you try out our Wufoo form integration as Double Opt-In is mandatory for forms created in MailChimp. https://connect.mailchimp.com/integrations/wufoo”
