Does anyone have any experience with this problem.

I am a bit of a newbie so bare with me. I am using Modern Portfolio and I have a regular signup form that goes to a mail chimp list (currently 2 subscribers! WhooHoo and I think one of them is me...)

Anyway, that list is for newsletters, updates, etc...

I want to create a separate page if someone wants to hire us for work. Currently I have a 'Hire Us Now' button on the site that just opens an email client. What I would like to do is to bring it to a page that has a capabilities statement and more information with an email form, that goes directly to me.

Do I need another plugin? Should I skip the MailChimp part of it? How do I add the email form?''

    Thanks in advance.

I think a link or button linked to a page which contains a short code for a contact form would be best.

You can choose from a huge range of forms like:

    Contact form 7 ( free )
Gravity Forms ( not free )
Ninja Forms ( free - Addons not free )
Jetpack contact form ( free )
