Hello,
Is it possible to have the header of the Eleven40theme as an element that moves with the rest of the page, rather than having the other page elements move up behind it when you scroll down?

What code should I adjust to get this effect?

It's OK, I found the code and commented it out:

	background-color: #000;
	min-height: 65px;
