hello, I wanted to know if you know how to help me.
2 things I saw on the website that I would be interested http://www.wiseregional.com/ have:
    1 – the same slide
2 – have a different menu in the sidebar as in example (1 https://www.wiseregional.com/contact/
    http://www.wiseregional.com/find-a-location/ 2)
ie have different menus on different pages as the site in question.
the site was made with eleven 40 and is located in the showcase (http://www.studiopress.com/showcase)
I pretty much set it up similarly.
    sorry for my bad English

    Thank you πŸ™‚

You can create different sidebars for different pages with the Genesis Simple Sidebars plugin. It's really easy to use.

Thank you, Genesis Simple Sidebar is perfect, but I also wanted to know how to put the top menu in the header and in the search box on the site, equal to the website in question.
I was also interested also configure the home page in the same way.
    thank you very much πŸ™‚

You can add a header menu and search bar by putting a custom menu widget and search widget in the Header Right widget area. As for their homepage configuration, that's beyond the scope of forum support - you could use a tool like Firebug or Chrome's Inspector to take a closer look at the site's stylesheet and see how they did things.
