    Hi,

    I'm working on a new site and I am using the Education theme.

    I would like to have the home widgets (slider, intro, featured, call to action) on every page across the site (similar to the header).

    What is the best implementation of such requirement ?

    If that theme is using home.php, you can pull the widget display code out of that and move it to functions.php instead. There will be some other mods to the code, but that's the basic idea.
