I'm using the Education Theme. The posts on the home page are set to Display Post Content. The post content is not showing up as I expected. Everything is one large paragraph (whether I set the limit to 50 words or 500). The separation between paragraphs is non-existent. Go to http://www.graham.az.gov and look for post "Deadline To Submit..." notice that the English paragraph and Spanish paragraph are not separated.

    Any ideas why? Thanks.

It's because in excerpt mode, there is no formatting by default. Here is a tutorial to add the formatting back to WordPress.
