    I'm trying to move the banner on the Header Right higher so it shows above the menu - at a loss. Help please?

    Can't see anything in there. Which banner are you referring to?

    Try the following css:

    .widget_nav_menu{
    height: 55px;
}
#header .widget-area{
padding:5px 0 0;
}
