I am getting duplicate post images on the home/blog page and the single post page. Using luscious theme at http://eyelashesorlando.com

I tried that on http://commercialrealestateorlando.net to no avail.
As you can see, all posts have 1 image added to a post. But on the home page a duplicate photo appears. I do NOT have a featured image set.
Any other ideas?

I gave up on the http://eyelashesorlando.com site and just deleted the pictures from the post. Funny thing is they still show up on the front page preview.
Now I'm working on http://commercialrealestateorlando.net and getting the same problem. Seems like this is a common quirk with Genesis themes. How do i fix it? Thanks for any help you can offer Anitac!
