    I want to ask, I use a digital pro for personal websites and why social media icon does not appear? Can anyone help me?

    I assume you are using Simple Social Icons. I think this plugin uses font icons. If the font isn't available for some reason, I think items are replaced with squares. You could try removing and re-adding the plugin. If that doesn't work, maybe it could be a plugin conflict. Or if you are running a caching plugin, maybe it is interfering with the icons working properly.

    I had to delete and re-add the plugin but still problematic

    We've seen this quite a few times; usually there's a cross site scripting error for some reason in the browser dev tools / console log. Haven't really been able to solve it long term, because the error is misleading. So we've switched to Font Awesome for social icons.
