    Hello all,

    I'm developing my new website starting on Digital Pro.

    I am noticing a lag effect ( it is actually a resizing sort of action ) that is very annoying. You can see it on mobile versions ( smartphone ) both on Digital Pro demo and my site (artband.net).
    It appears very clearly when you scroll down from the entry background image. The image and the content stretch and resize for a fraction of second, also if you scroll back up.

    I suppose it is related with the Js effects, but I'm not sure yet where to start to look. A nice workaround would be disable that effect on mobile version.

    Anyone has found the same thing annoying? Any suggestion is very appreciated.

    Thank you

    Luca

    Hi Luca,

    if you want to exclude the js on mobile devices, you could wrap the
    wp_enqueue_script('digital-fadeup-script',... in a conditional.
    e.g.
    if ( ! wp_is_mobile() ) {
    wp_enqueue_script('digital-fadeup-script',...
    }

    Hi Chris,

    thank you very much for the reply.

    I will try as soon as I can.

    That should be something like

    if ( ! wp_is_mobile() ) {
    wp_enqueue_script('digital-fadeup-script',... false
    }

    right?

    bye

    I´d just wrap the existing code in a conditional 🙂
