Hi all,
I'd love some feedback on a new site I just launched. Content is pretty light for right now, but I'd really appreciate your thoughts about what's there right now.
Site is running on a tweaked Metro theme: http://impactagent.org

The newsletter sign-up stands out nicely.
Don't forget to add your own favicon to your themes' images folder.
Is the date on your website menu really that useful? I can find out the date from the bottom right of my screen, the clock that's next to me, my phone which is within reach etc. Avoid visual clutter.
The author name is set as Impact Agent. Consider making it personal - the tweets on the side already give away who you are, so keep it consistent and change your user display name.
No need to add a link to WP in your footer - that's SEO juice escaping on every page. Equally, no need to link yourself in the footer as well. You already have a Return to top link nearby.
Read http://www.dailywritingtips.com/inquire-vs-enquire/ or http://libroediting.com/2011/07/29/enquiry-inquiry-or-query/ then consider your contact form option.
You've for a "Welcome to Impact Agent" in the bottom right of each page. Consider the F-pattern common scanning technique, this is just about the last place they'd look on a page - hardly the right place for a Welcome.
Go read up on Derek Halpern and About Pages for how you can optimise it better.
