Hi there, I currently have my About David page feeding through onto the top section of my homepage. However I would like the text on the homepage to be different from that on the About David page and I am just wondering if this is possible?

    Many thanks!!

You can't change the text using the featured page widget. I would create what you want in a text widget and use a custom a read more button in HTML to link to the page.

Hi Victor, thanks for replying. I think the issue with the text widget would be that it also wouldn't pull the featured image through.

You just need to provide a link to the image. Use the Genesis column classes to get the two column layout.

Hi Victor, I am not sure how to add the two column layout. Please can you expand on that? Also do you add the button html to the text box?

I wonder if you could also please help with my blog feed. I am trying to limit the blog word count on the feed page to around 500 words and add a read more link for the longer blogs/articles. Do you have any idea to to do this please?

    Many thanks!! :)))
