When I upgraded to php 7.4, this is the message at the bottom of the website:

Deprecated: Directive 'allow_url_include' is deprecated in Unknown on line 0

I downgraded php to 7.3 and it doesn't show.

Is this something that would have anything to do with Genesis or the theme (Altitude Pro)?

If anyone can help, I'd appreciate it. The host (bluehost) has no idea what it is.

    Thank you.

Try to Remove .htaccess or change name to .htaccess.backup and WordPress will generate new file according to your site configuration
