    Is there any way to hide post meta data on all posts uploaded from now into the future? Looking at the wordpress guides on it, it looks like you can only edit the functions.php to hide it on specific posts, or all posts. Can this be adjusted to account for only more recent posts? Failing that, could I automatically hide it with certain conditions in the post?

    You could add a condition based on the date https://my.studiopress.com/documentation/snippets/entry-header-html5/customize-the-entry-header/

    $date = '2019-06-25';
    if (strtotime($date) <= time()) {
