Customizing Continue Reading Button link to a text link

I am using Magazine Pro v.3.1 theme. Refer to my site http://www.plan2040.com

I would like to change Continue Reading link in Sample Post 1 to the common text link as shown in Sample Post 2.
How can I do it?

but it is not working!
