Is there any way to make widgets from my primary sidebar (i.e. Genesis eNews Extended; Simple Social Icons) appear after the featured post when viewed on a mobile? Currently, when viewing my site (speaktoscore.com) on a phone, readers have to scroll down past all posts before they see my email signup, social icons, etc.

If you have a fix for this, I'd really appreciate it.

Yes, you can make the primary sidebar display before or after the content when viewed on different sized screens using CSS for Media Queries.

Here's one solution you can try which uses PHP code

    Or CSS for Media Queries

Can I select the sidebar content I want? I only want the email signup and social icons to appear near the top.

Also, does it have to go right at the top? I'd rather have the featured post at the top, then email signup and social icons, then other posts, then the rest of the sidebar widgets and footer.

I don't think the PHP solution would enable you to control the specific stacking of widgets. I think you would need to use CSS for Media Queries.
