first of all, i use minimum pro and by the way i use themes from Brian a long time thanks for this !!!

i would create a page wich shows posts from a custom post type sorted them alphabetical in that way:

    posts A:
    - post one
    - post two
    - post three

    posts B:
    - post one
    - post two
    - post three
    ...

do you have any solution for me ?

    thanks

You can use a CPT archive for this which includes Taxonomy type support which your theme already includes.

To sort them, you would need to add custom code.
