Custom page template question

Hello,
I have created a custom page template here but the footer is above the entry-title & entry-content. Also can't seem to work out why the logo is not showing.
Code for the template

genesis(); ?>

Remove all the opening php tags exclduing the 1st as well as the closing php tags and the get_header and get_footer tags.
