Does anyone know if Genesis themes support CSS3/HTML5 video background images?

They're pretty awesome, kinda like this one

Display of background video is not Genesis specific. It depends on custom code or use of specific plugin with such functionality (like https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpmbytplayer/). To summarize, if you have correct custom code - video background should work on every Genesis theme.
