    Hello
    I'm struggling with the archive title on a cpt archive template page - it shows the CPT name as the title but I'd like to customize it - I tried this filter genesis_cpt_archive_intro_text_output but it does not replace the archive title it adds another title.

    How do I customize the CPT archive page title?

    Thanks

    Add this in your child theme's functions.php:

    // Add Archive Settings option to Portfolio CPT.
    add_post_type_support( 'portfolio', 'genesis-cpt-archives-settings' );

    Replace portfolio with the name of your CPT.

    Then under that CPT's dashboard (you may have to reload this) menu item in admin, click on 'Archive Settings'. Enter your desired CPT archive page title in the "Archive Headline" field.

    I've covered this in https://sridharkatakam.com/comprehensive-guide-genesis-theme-supports/.
