I know it needs work, but I am not terribly unhappy with my Corporate Theme site. I also know that it needs to be HTML5 and mobile responsive.

Should I change my theme to one that is set already?

Will Corporate Theme ever be updated for either of these, or doesn't it work that way?

Should I hire a developer to modify/upgrade my current site?

Kind of as an aside, the biggest problem I have with my site - that I cannot quite figure out from a design standpoint how to make any Genesis theme work - is that I have two distinct clients and almost feel like I need two different home pages.
