Hi! I have a little issue I can't figure out.

I have taken over the single-listing.php in the AgentPress Pro theme and manually added the comments template to the bottom of the template - http://grab.by/AuRO

<?php comments_template(); ?>

The way I understand it, this should pull comments.php, which appears to include both the comments form and the comments - http://grab.by/AuR0

For some reason, the form shows up but the comments do not...Any idea why?

I've confirmed that there are comments for this page that are approved - http://grab.by/AuRK

I'm sure this is something simple, I'm overlooking. Thanks in advance for taking a look!
