I just got an email with screenshot from a reader. She was going to leave a comment on my blog, but when she clicked on "Leave a reply" the comment form pre-populated with a previous commentor's info (name, email, etc.).

    Here's the post in question.

Anyone have this issue and know how to fix it?

(I use a customized Sixteen Nine Pro.)

    Thanks.

I'm not able to reproduce this. Is it happening to everyone or just her? Does it happen on all your posts or just that one? Also what do you mean by "when she clicked on leave a reply" - that's not a link on the page you referenced. Can you share the screenshot she sent you?
