    Hee,
    I am using the eleven40 theme of genesis. I want to change the color of the whole website with its header and footer. I don't know how to do it. Please say.

    Easiest way to recolor your site if you do not know CSS is use Design Palette Pro. It' $49 but well worth it. You can change a lot of things with it.
