    Using Agency pro and want to have a circle logo approx 150px to put in site title area on left. I want the logo to go over the inner site graphic. The image is a transparent png.

    Can I achieve this simply with css?

    Yes, you can achieve this with CSS positioning and creating a border where the corners have a radius to round the image. You have to experiment with the size of the corner radius, but usually 50% on the image is a good place to start. If the image is 150px, try a radius of 75px to start, then adjust until you get the desired effect.
