I have a website that uses an old version of Agent Press and I want to update to Agent Press Pro but don't want to lose all the pages and posts I have set up. Will they stay intact?

They should stay in tact but I would probably create a new site location and work on it there while keeping the current on active. You can export the content using the plugin "All in One Migration". Then import that to the new site location and switch themes and get things all configured up. Once you've completed the new theme set up, you can point the domain name to the new folder. Or, if you and/or the site owner doesn't have an issue with the site being in maintenance mode for a little while, you can put it in maintenance, then add the new Agent Press Pro, get it all set up and then just turn the site back on.

Pages and Posts in WordPress are not tied in with your theme.

Thank you so much. That is very helpful. When I migrate, will I need a temporary domain name or can I set it up without that?

It all depends on what the outcome is you want. From what I see on the site, you are not using the built-in features of displaying your listings. As I mentioned, you can certainly put the site in maintenance mode and add the new AgentPress Pro theme and then when you are done, disable maintenance mode. Or create a subfolder on the domain name, install a new copy of WordPress, then export/import from the main site to the new development site.
